NEPOC MEET: Fall Foliage Fun Run NH/VT - 10/15/05

hey guys lets get this planned.
Because i dont see tons of people signing up in the other thread and with a hurricane victim moving in this week its just easier for me personally, im making this into a one day (long day) event, but obviously if there is 2-day interest we can do that instead.

Tsunami is organizing this so I will let him take over and post route information and details about when we shoudl meet up, where, and where we will end.

if no one is going to come anyways, i don't see what another week will matter...

if there isn't 2 day interest we could just cruise around here, some great twisties and views from the h way to my house, then from here we could go up to the western mtns and enjoy lunch out that away....

just read other thread... we can deffinatly make it from the h way thrugh western maine and over to western mass i could always crash out that way for a night and drive back the next day....

yeah we could drive over to my house from the h way, then on to n conway and the kang h-way and then parrallel 91 on back roads as long as we wanted and then hop on 91 once we get tired to get to mass....??

well the next coupld of weekends ill be busy with school work....

at the end of the month ill be flying to sc for a awesome "beat on bmw" event with my old man....and then in november i have to go go atlanta for a conferance...so these next three months shall be "fun"

It sounds good to me. Just post some meeting points or something and i think it will be fine.

yeah 40-60% showers all weekend... great... so if there is more interest then myself and chris we could do this either of the next two weekends... though the longer it goes the more likely we will just be lookin at bare trees

thats ok, im mostly looking for the roads out in the wilderness....i see foliage around here and enjoy northern new england in pretty much any season

not this coming weekend but next i think we are gonna do it as long as the roads arent all washed away....im still down for this even if the leaves have all fallen....anyone else?

so next weekend? thought it was this weekend? oh well, i can just go to work and try and make some $$ due to all the rain there are some serious nasty spots... but most of the lakes and rivers have handled it... they are just really high right now, if it rains much more i think they will start to flood...

I would love to come out and play, but I have to get tons of stuff done before it gets too cold, and I still have a wicked huge honey-do list for the house.

next weekend we will meet off 95 in maine since they re-did the exits i don't know them anymore... will have to look to see the # of the one i want... its just shy of an hour (doin about 75 or so) once you get to maine to get to this exit so its not that bad...
