Awesome, Jeremy. Just make sure to let me know for sure the Friday before the race - that's when I'll be calling in to reserve track time and pay for everyone.

Cool, looks like we have 11 people, which fills up one race. As we get more people that want to sign up I'll just split the list into 2 races.

Chiming in...I'm down! I'm sure the experience won't compare to my Mecerdes racing but should be fun. (hehe) I too have a friend that may want to come.

A few years back my dad got this thing in the mail for a rev it up type event for the Mercedes C-class. I couldn't make it, though

i gotta hound my father soon. my dad bought a BMW 645ci when they came out here states side. and with it he got this invitation from bmw for a weekend at a track with 645ci's. pretty much they teach you aggressive driving and some racing too i think. and you get to beat on 645ci's for a weekend on a track. you also get track time. and i told my dad i wanted to do it with him and he agreed and im still here waiting for him to take me. probably in april i hope if not may. but today i went with my mom to drop his car for a fuel reprograming recall and tommorrow we pick it up. ill probably drive it home BWAHAHAHA. i cant wait till tommorrow itl be such a good day. but we have not done the bmw thing cause my dads been so busy with business trips and the like, plus the winter weather. so hopefully in like 2-3 weeks we will. all we have to pay for is the way down and a hotel. its in the south somewhere, i forgets where but it should be fun.

I was looking at a 2 day school that was 4500 and you drove M3s and M5s

yeah towards the end of summer my dad and i were going to do one with the new X3's. every now and then they send my dad offers like that about their programs. which is cool i think. m3's are fun, my dad has a 98 convertible and its fun. on a positive note, my dad is away and returns saturday morning and we took his 645ci to a service deopt for a recall. they needed to i think reprogram the comp for emissions or something (the guy said it was something about fuel). but yeah i spoke to my mom and she said id be able to drive it home tommorrow when we go pick it up BWAHAHAHA. that thing is quick though, ive ridden in it many a time.

I also did an autocross BMW X3 event here in MA. Same location as the Mercedes event here in MA. and only a few weeks before. We had driving instructors for that event who really pushed the limits of the X3 to the edge. Tires were screaming around every corner. I swore the thing would flip over, but with all of the technology built into the X3 it was almost impossible. That too was a free event!
