Yea lost one of the Red ones a little while back when I had my stocks on. Yea rusty steelies for the win!! Just got a call from the insurance company saying that the guy is telling them that it was my fault, He's say he was already partially out of the space when I turned down the lane, which would have resulted in front end damage on my car and not rear. Hes back pedaling now b/c he knows he was at fault and there were no witnesses. People in this world just cannot admit when they are wrong. Pisses me off. Even the Insurance agent just said with the pictures she saw already it was his fault. How does someone hit you in the rear of the car if they were already backing out of the space( he says he was 50 % out of the space) if they were already in the middle of the lane? the lane isnt that big!! So as soon as they get the appraisal done, which should be friday, the P5 will go in the shop. Brother-In_law is going to paint the whole car and just adjust my cost from what the ins comp gives me for the damages. Plus $45 a day for rental on my policy, which will be billed to the other guy.....So all in all Fresh paint, means she will be ready come spring for some tint, suspension and exhaust!!
