NEMOC Random BS Thread

The person who asked me is looking to get a new car. Plus it let's me flirt with the sales women to see how much they know about their product. Surprisingly, the one from Kia knew a lot..... I mean a lot. Also, I think I like the new Forte Koup. Pretty stylish and not like the rest of their line.

The Koup was one of my favorites at the Boston Auto Show...I'd consider one if I were in the market.

I also found out pretty quick that the Toyota gals knew nothing about their trucks...they had to keep asking the ring leader...and even she couldn't answer my simple question.

Hitting on the Kia lady? What happened to the girlfriend?

 I was interested about the Koup in a racing aspect. Besides, she was married. So no, I wasn't "hitting" on her.

Like Chris said, some people know about what they are selling and some don't. She obviously knew about it and I was trying to get some details if I could. (She knew a lot of stuff about the KONI cars.)

Morning NEPOC! My little girl is 8 today! Cant believe it! Having a party at noon. Oh what fun! A bunch of screaming 8 y/o girls running around screaming and singing karaoke all day!! Thanks to my MIL for getting her the machine!

Mmmm good mornin' all.

I made some apple butter and pecan pancakes this morning along with the usual things that go with it. Yum yum.

I kinda know that feeling I suppose.. I get students who were born in 1990, 1991, etc... I remember sitting through Hurricane Andrew and Operation Desert Storm.

So it this what it is like Mark and Bruce? Sitting around remembering the old days? Is this what I have to look forward to? Hahaha

Josh: Just throw on Twilight or something. That may help some of the screaming.

She's to "old" for that. Read the book first years ago and did not like the movie. The really good news is once she passes a few more tests she'll be qualified for free tuition for any MA state college.

Nice!

Free tuition is always good.

Good afternoon peoples. Ran a lot of random errands today including a haircut (needed one desperately) and driving ~30 miles round trip to a liquor store to replace all the Mike Harder Lemonade I drank last night at Jenn's.

Ooooh! Ooooh, and they had some of that new Sam Adams Noble Pils so I grabbed some of that. Haven't tried it yet but I'm pumped, haven't had a Sam's yet that I haven't liked.

Gotta spruce up the car a little bit today, mostly interior cleaning cuz it's a flipping mess. Everything's melted so my (usually) dirt driveway is now mud...it blows.

Thank God That is OVER!!!! I need a nap, have to take one before work anyways! From now on it's going to be at jump on in, or some gymnastics place!

WOW..you're kidding....she was like a kid at the raynham show at the dog track like yesterday!!!

Indeed. I wish camera technology was as advanced as it is today. These were taken in 2000. The days when we lived, hiked and traveled all throughout the Berkshires.
