So... the MSM decided to make life interesting just now while driving to get food. She went from warm up map to regular map mid turn. Revs shot from 2.5k to 5.5k and I was definitely not pointed the same direction I started. Wasn't hard to straighten out, but damned if I didn't expect it.

I need a poll. What insurance company should I go with? Hanover/Citizen's is screwing me over. They're making me file a new claim for the scratches the body shop put in my car. I can't prove anything and it would take the body shop admitting it for anything to happen.

I was amazed at how much money I saved when I went to State Farm from Progressive. I was getting ***** at Progressive. Just couldn't do it anymore. Their service was awesome, but they are way overpriced. Anyhoo, I now pay for renter's insurance, car insurance AND a life insurance policy all for less than $150/month.

Thanks guys Here he IS!!

I went from progressive to travelers to geico and saved money each time (And was with progressive because they beat a geico price years ago). I dont think there is any one cheapest insurance company...its like switching jobs....when u switch jobs your new employer pays better because u get a raise in the process (which is why you switched).

That being said the problem you are having with Hanover/Citizen's sounds pretty typical to me of all insurance companies.....If I am understanding it correctly I would be surprised if any company handled it differently.
