What are peoples stances on receiving paypal for things sold?

Once paypal is received -> send it once in paypal
Once paypal is received -> send it once paypal deposits it into your bank.

Just wondering on what people think. I am not sending anything or sold anything but am dealing with a situation.

I usually send once in PayPal. If, for some reason, the funds get returned (e.g. buyer claims item not delivered, so always get delivery confirmation of some sort), they will dock them from your PayPal account regardless of whether you have funds in it or not.
