You are 100 percent correct, thIs Is not acceptable. I am off on FrIday, but I wIll call you and set up a tIme for you to drop off your car. My guess, Is we wIll need to replace the bumper, and If that Is what It takes, I can promIse you It wIll get done. I am sorry the car was delIvered to you lIke thIs. Its not what I condone, nor do I accept anythIng but 100 percent satIsfactIon. Once I am back to work on Saturday, I can show my General Sales manager, and my servIce dept, and they wIll advIse me on what we need to do to make thIs 100 percent rIght. Once I speak to them I wIll personally call you, and set up a free loaner car for you to drIve, whIle we correct thIs error. Please accept my sIncere apologIes, and I am thankful that you have brought It to my attentIon, and are gIvIng me the opportunIty to make thIs rIght. I apprecIate your busIness, and look forward to talkIng to you on Saturday."
