I have just installed the FMIC w/ Blitz BOV and CAI on my MSP. Now the idle is very rough. Idle sometimes (not all the time) jumps up and down. The car even die/stall cauz the idle jump to low, especially when you come to a complete stop after driving. I have a boost gauge in the car and it read 20 at idle when it's not jumping. It drives fine, boost is normal. At beginning I thought it might be the vacumme leak from the Blitz BOV, then i even hook up the OEM bov back on to the charge pipe. I have double/triple check all the vacumme lines/ fittings and I'm pretty sure all the connections are tied and secured. Wut could be wrong?? Anybody can help me out?? It REALLY REALLY REALLY stress me out!!

Now the car is "KINDA" driveable. ^^ I just have to keep it rolling..... can't stop!! HAHA!!

HELP! HELP!

Thanks guys!!

If I put the car back to stock, then everything runs smoothly AGAIN. So i guess the problems won't be any sensors. Please help!!

Check the normal stuff EGR may need to be cleaned, Coil packs, spark plugs and wires.

I had the same issue when I went turboed but I for got to plug off this :

Sparkplug Wires

Well i just got my car back, i had the same problems and i upgraded my sparkplug wires to 9mm from Nology Hotwires, cause the problem was a cut in one of my wires and the spark wasnt grounding, the problem was slighty back but as my ECU adjusted the problem was gone!!! (knock on wood)!!! lol, but try that and hopefully that might help, good luck!!!

Try Cleaning Things Before You Go Through all of the work to remove and money to replace.

That particular topic has 3 general solutions for most cases.

Clean MAF
Clean EGR
Clean IAC

This could also be a vacuum line issue.

Id try those 3 things first and then reset the ecu after your done (might as well you'll have the negative battery terminal off anyway)
