needles on shut off

do the needles go RIGHT down to the lowest readings? (like do they 'shoot' down to the bottom) or do they slowly descend?

I swear mine used to shoot right down, now they slowly go down after i shut off my car.

Fuel and Temp sort of sink down slowly.
Tach just drops to 0 nearly instantly.
Speedo should be at 0 already, or you should REALLY put the pipe down.
And the odometer stays right where it is (I can always wish ...).

i've been driving american cars too damn much, that was the problem. all of those FLY down. its weird.

way off subject...i just notice that you are from grand rapids. my fience is from plainwell...not that it matters...
