As you guys know already, my CX9 has very low mileage, lots of electric problem here and there, which is minor but not supposed to have them when you have 2month old car. And on top of that, service dealer's response is always very tricky and treats me as idiots.

So I wanted to know whether there is anyway I can get replacement or the car or not. Or is there anyway I can file claim against the dealership?

I do like mazda, but after spending 36K+ for the car, you really dont expect these things from the car brand.

kindly advise

well every state has certain rules and regulation regaurding a new vehicle and the anount of downtime/repairs that are made to it. For instance if a certain issue arrises a set number of times and take a set number of combined days it will require company by law to replace your vehicle with equalvalue vehicle.

Yes, it varies by state. I had a VW lemon lawed. Usually there are very specific requirements, and time periods involved. Like 3 times in the shop for the exact same issue within x months, or x number of days in the shop total in the fixt x months. Some states have a requirement that you mail a letter to the manufacturer and request recourse, etc. Some states may require arbitration. In my case I was very clearly within the law in my state, so I didn't mess around and got a lemon law lawyer. They did all the negotiation. In settlement I got all of my payments on the car back, plus some extra, and the lawyer got more from VW than I even owed him. Left me with a very good opinion of VW doing the right thing, and a good opinion of getting professional assistance. (I have never used a lawyer for any purpose before.)
