Need some wheel opinions!

Need some opinions on some wheels. The girlfriend is ordering some 17 inch rims for her 2003 Mazda Protege 5 which is black with all tinted black windows. Stock looking, with some niteshaded sidemarkers etc.

Here are the 2 wheels we are looking at and wondering what one would look better in your opinion!

i like the spoke design on the RUFF RACING R 350, but dont like the studding. so i would pick the drag dr-9s

Not a fan at all of black rims. Nothing like making nice rims look like steelies... But that's just my opinion. I really dig the Ruff Racing R345's, so I am interested in hearing anyone's opinion on the OP's question.

I'm with wildo not down with black wheels. I'm not even a fan of 17" wheels on proteges, ever though of maybe 16". But out of those two I do prefer the DR-9s.

Well we ordered the Drag DR-9s and are waiting on FedEx for them.

I'll agree with both of you on the black rims with a couple of exceptions... if the rim is black it has to have a chrome lip and it has to be going on a black car. Other than that I would rather stick to some nice chrome/aluminum wheels.

I just love that black car, with some fat chrome lip, black rim look.

There it is after I painted calipers and put them on yesterday. It just needs a wash and wax pretty bad. Minnesota winters are hard on a car and spring is finally here!!
