Need some help: wheel vibrating, front end noise, misalignment, etc, etc, etc!!!

thats likely a bad tie rod end, which caused the excessive tire wear...

I did have a bad tie rod end and replaced it a month or so ago. I'm just glad its MOSTLY ok now. I'll lift the car up soon and jerk the steering with both fronts up....i think that'll tell me if its the bearings/something in the wheel well suspension or something with the steering/suspension cross members.
