Need help!

Well i just got a ticket.
I was late to work coming back from lunch so i was speeding to make it back in time and a cop gave me a ticket. He said that i was doing 60 in a 35. He got me on radar so i dont think i should fight it? Can someone please let me know what i should do? If my mom finds out she will kill me. I really want to drag this out as long as possible or at least take driving school. Problem is i just took driving school 6 months ago. god i am stupid i should have gone slower. please help. thanks

i think you can still take driving school. you'd have to speak to the judge first. if not, you can take deferred judification.

You may want to try this...I've heard it works, but not sure if it's an urban legend:

When you pay the ticket, mail payment over by about $5-10....they will then owe you $5-10, and supposedly they cannot close the paperwork & assign points until the account is closed. Supposedly, they send you a check and you're supposed to NOT cash it...that way, you have paid your fine, but the account is still not closed until you cash the check.

I don't know if this is :bs: or not, but I DO know that I have never had a single point assigned to my license until AFTER I have paid the fine.

yeah you'll definitely need to show up to the court hearing.
talk to the judge and hope you get somebody sympathetic.
6 months. isn't that long ago from your last one so you may
be busted there.

if you get a bad judge then its on your record and insurance

its like probabtion. you're not suppose to get a ticket for a certain amount of time.
