Need Help With My Mp3

ok so i have a 01 protege mp3 and i bought new rims for it they are 18x7.5 DZ kilo rims, the racing heart stock rims are all jacked up, well the rims didnt come with hub centric rings, and i just bought a coilover kit to maintain comfort cuz the back tire now rubs the fender and the front sits too high, well i need to know what size hub centric rings i need to get, please help im a soldier currently in iraq and my buddy is a mechanic and i need to order the rings pronto so when i go on leave i can have my new rims on my baby. also what would be the best way to increase horse power like the most horsepower, without a turbo???

also um i have a alarm on my car that has a viper keyless entry control and i brok it anyone know were i could get a replacment????

you should be able to get the ring info from any local tire shop that sells that brand of rim.
