Need help with DVD

I just downloaded the Chappelle Show Season 1. And its a [rl-dvd]... what ever that means. I opened the file and its a bunch of avi files and one system info. How do i put this on a dvd and make it play on my computer. As of now i try to open the avi files and it only plays sound. Thanks. I need help fast
