I got it as a present from a friend, so decided to install it But i heard it needs to bypass stock alarm module so that it can lock. and yes, my M2 is N/A.
lol ive seen a few people with turbo timer on a civic back in the days. it has no purpose except to make the carr look cool. and it has a timer shut down. function wise it doesnt do anything. my advise from sum1 who have own a turbo prelude. sell the timer unless that timer is made by BLITZ... the money u will get for it spend it to sumting else u really want and that would really improve the car... i dont mean to turn ur hopes down but i jsut dont really see the point of it. sorry
Last time I installed one, it spliced into the factory: E-Brake, Ignition, and factory alarm. I'd have to pull up a wiring schematic to see which ones you needed to splice into. Did you get a manual in English so we know which ones to look for?
