Need help! Stalling and hesitation? Bad turbo?

Ok, guys..

I've just about had it with this issue and i need some major help. I just put on my Corksport Power Series 80mm exhaust system a week ago and drove it for about a day to work and it was completely fine. The second day I drove it on the freeway going to work, I noticed when I hit 3500 rpm, the car jerks violently back and forth; the first time scared the s*** outta me. I also noticed that my speed was going down whenever I tried to accelerate and I experienced some events close to stalling, but it did stall on me once. I thought it was because of my spark plugs, so I changed them since I haven't for about 3 years now. I haven't tuned my car or anything yet. However, it still jerks back and forth violently at 3500 rpm. Am I experiencing some sort of fuel cut or hesitation? Has my turbo gone bad? The only mods I have on my car currently are:

1. Turbolife FMIC
2. Stock turbo (I believe its the Garrett T25)
3. Corksport Power Series 80mm Catback

If you guys have any idea what the hell happened from all the info i just gave you, please let me know and give me some advice.

Sounds like an ignition issue, probably have a wire or coil pack failing or a huge boost leak

It was because my couplers connecting the pipes were loose. It somehow just popped off. When I installed them during summer I made sure that it was hand tightened real tight. I test drove it yesterday pushing it to 4000 rpm and heard a pop noise. It was the same thing happened where my coupler connecting the pipe to the throttle just came loose.

Is it because there's a lot of pressure building up or what? That never happened when I still had my stock Racing Beat exhaust.

No it's because of the air leaking out of the coupler that popped off, the MAF reads a certain amount of air and the motor doesn't see the same amount so it runs too rich and bogs or stalls.
