Need Help on taking apart center console doors

Hi, I just bought an RX-8 and the little button on the front center console door is broken. I've got the new one to put in, just not quiet sure how to get it apart. Also, the little clip that locks the back one down is broken off, so I've got the new one to replace that one, and need to know how to get that apart also. Thanks for any help.

yes, it helped a TON and I got it fixed. Now..just to figure out how to get the back one apart so I can put the new clip in.
