I finished everything and the noise was still there. I replaced the bump stops and it was still there. I've been getting pretty upset and called mazda to see how much they'd charge to take it out and see what the deal was ($45).
The noise was really bad yesterday and worse today, so I decieded, on my lunch to re-check the nuts on the end links and one was pretty loose. When I got home I tightened it pretty good without jacking the car up and now, NO NOISE
Install went well - still have a clunk over speedbumps, though. Guess I need to check the endlinks too. The front bumper now scrapes on the driveway due to the lowering. I have to hit the driveway on the diagonal and go real slow now.
