I haven't used any of these yet, so I dont know if they work. But I did a search for cheats for the PS2 version and this is what i found:

Enter the following codes at the main menu:

go to main menu and press up down up up up down circle squareand up then turn off your game and turn it back on you will have unllocked everything

Hint: Money Mayhem
Play through Underground Mode as you would usually do, unlocking a good amount of cars and performance parts. This is just your initial investment (or 'seed money') for the trick. Save the game. Then buy and modify the VW Golf to the maximum and trade it in for the Honda S2000 for a gain of about $1500. Take the Honda to the garage and demodify it (strip the parts) and trade the Honda for a Skyline (and a loss of about $3000). With the Skyline, you can now trade for the VW Golf for a gain of about $10,000. You can repeat this car laundering until you have enough cash for your dream machine

Well here is million and 1 ;)

And drifting sucks in the game, it is fun but there is no real skill involved. Go play GT3 and try to drift constantly around a track in that, then you'll see the difference. The NFS-UG computer allows the drifting to take place, not really depandant on your actions with the car.

i dont like the fact that you can drift just as good with front wheel drive cars as with the rear whell drive. and also the fact that the only way to earn street respect is to visually upgrade your car and to get the full amount of respect you have to get underground neon lights. this game is a little to ricey for me, ill stick to GT4 when it comes out. finally they are putting a mazdaspeed in a game!

saw it at walmart the other day, the graphics are amazing

but then again, i still play GT2 on an old beatup PS1, so I'm very easily impressed :D

I think i'll be blown away by GT4 when it comes out :D
