Need a new Cat.

Hey guys, I heard a rattle coming from my exhaust, so today while working on my brakes I found out that my cat is dead, lots of rattling from it, so my question to you is what is the best way to go to replace it. Get a universal cat and get it welded in, get the sls midpipe with cat, or something else?

If you want to go the MSP 2-cat pipe route, I have one for sale that was working properly when removed from an MSP with a blown engine. Owner was parting out.

Paid $125, will sell for $80 OBO + shipping.

I might be interested in that, if it's the right piece. I need the second cat to go after the header. Do you know how many miles were on it?

are you 100% sure the cat is toast, and its not just the heat shield thats rattling?

I'm 99% sure. When I hit the cat it makes noise, when I hit a heat shield it doesn't.
