Does everybody else also have to hit "I agree" every time they start driving??? or is my NAV acting up on me?

With the most recent nav firmware (as of the time/date of this post), yes. Everyone has to agree each time. In addition, nav voice commands won't work until you physically touch the "I agree." (If you press the voice command on the steering wheel and say "navigation" (assuming it understands), you'll change to the agreement and there will be a popup message saying that voice commands aren't available.)
I dont. It says safty lock enabled or something like that. But automatically starts
That's how the older software acted. The older software has other issues...

You can thank U.S. Regulations.

American drivers are bad in general, but even worse, lawsuit happy. I just read on Yahoo recently that a guy is trying to sue Boston Red Sox and TV channel $10 million for defamation of character because they videotaped him sleeping in his stadium chair while the game was playing. Btw, I've test driven many vehicles with factory navs and they all also required pressing the "lawyer" button, so it's not just a Mazda thing.

I'd be happy if it was just once but since the upgrade I first get the will I share info that has to be cleared and then the disclaimer. BTW, they don't want you taking your eyes off the road but if you switch from audio to nav these must be cleared before seeing the map!
