so ive had a rental for almost a month now and it really sucks...the noise when i turn is supposed to be getting fixed and they are installing new control arms now and they also changed the wheel hub and knuckle barrings..hopefully this fixes the fuckn noise and i can drive my car finally... i really dont think those control arms and s*** are going to fix the noise, i keep telling them i could be the differential and they told me mazdausa ruled that out as a potential problem.does anyone know any legal stuff on ****** up new cars for florida? i saw on a post somewhere in another state the law says the company can buy the car back if the car is in the shop 30 days or more..anyone know?

Man, sorry for your situation. I can only hope they figure it out. As for the laws, don't know. Maybe use the lemon law?

how does the lemon law work? my service guy was talkin about that but i guess its 3 attempts on 1 problem to fix and if it doesnt get fixed then thats when it applies. i dont know how it works but i would think my financing rolls over to a new car? with the remaining amount of money owed? im not sure

you need to call a lemon law lawyer they exist or if you don't want to go that route call up or look up info on your states website (put your state in your profile so we can see where the f you are from) most states its 3 times for the same problem with x amount of days total or x amount of days for one problem usually x=30 but every state is different.
