My story...why NOT to trust dealerships

I remember reading this on your CarDomain pages. I'm both glad that I have two great dealerships in the area and bothered by all the s*** they put you through. I can't believe a business would work this way and expect people to accept it and like it. Also, when did you send all this jazz to Mazda? I'd like to hear how it comes out.

Mazda told me today that they can't do anything for me, and that I have to work it out with the dealership.

They need to provide you in writing, why they are voiding yur warranty claim. :D If they dont, then goto a lawyer and sue thier asses.

Oh man I hope you get everything you deserve out of this. And if you ask me, you deserve a brand new car delivered to your door.

If all that happened to me, you would have been reading in the news about how I went on a rampage. Keep your cool and don't stop documenting everything. Carry a frickin tape recorder if you have to. Good luck.

Thanks...just want more and more people to know not to trust their dealerships...spread the word!

And Mazda never did tell me why they wouldn't help me...but gave me this analogy:
"It's like McDonalds - all of the restaraunts are under private ownership and control - we have influence, but we can't make decisions for them."

HOLY s***!! What a crazy story. I hope things get worked out in the end. It looks like you're going to have to bring legal action in to win this thing.
