soooo.....
i havent had a license for over a yr and a half, now......
i was suppose to get my license back on the 15th of janurary.....
i called.....and they say, no your not suppose to get it back til march....
its now....... ******* april....

i just called....they received the check and everything the day after....
the woman i talked to said it takes 14days to process.....

Ok...so you get my check on the 16th, and its now the 4th of april....
lets do some math....

16...plus....14...... equals 30........add 5, and you get to today.....
WTF is the problem.....

14 is in way 19.........

they can write 18million dollar checks to fix roads that end up failing within months....they get paid $18+ and hour......just to sit there.........
i guess my $25 didnt really mean anything...

Either you were convicted of horribly wreckless driving, or you've had a DUI or two under your belt. You won't find any sympathy from me.

i got a 60 in a 40, and i had previous pnts....
i wasnt being the stupid little kid.....

a year and a half, was due to a window tint dispute, and i had the license and it was suspended.....dousch from pennot, when i took my pnts test, asked me if i needed to drive, i was like yes.....handed me my license and sent me on my way......

pulled over 12hrs later for window tint...i faught it, and they said.....screw you...even tho i took a digital camera and took pictures of illegal tinted windows in the parking lot of the magestrate......

So, you drove while your license was suspended, got caught, and had your suspension lengthened to 18 months? Or are you saying that you had your license suspended for 18 months for fighting a window tint ticket (boom07)?

Oh and no DUI here, lost license for only 30 days for speeding on 287 in Jersey, judge made an example of me in court, oh well, that was almost 9 years ago, learned my lesson.

I had a restricted (work and school) license for a year when I was 16 because I decided to hit 2 people in 1 week....doh!

That's Pennsylvania for you. I had to take a points test due to a speeding ticket(4 points) and a wreck(2 points). I took the test, passed, asked the guy who gave the test if I needed to send my license in or anything and he said "No, you're good to go." I went through two police checkpoints were they ran my license and there was no problem. When the time came to get my license renewed I never got the paper in the mail from PennDOT. I went to the get the paper work and they told me my license has been suspended for over two years. So I had to send my license in for 90 days. PennDOT=bulls***

PennDOT really is retarded. I won't even launch into the role one of their snow plows played in my MSP being totaled. That wound's still a little too fresh.

I've had my license suspended twice -- both times for acquiring too many points thanks to speeding tickets. I absolutely deserved to have it suspended the first time. The second time is another matter -- but that didn't have anything to do with PennDOT, that had to do with a cop who chose to pick my car out of the steady flow of traffic in the right-hand lane of a highway as 'speeding' because it 'looked like a fast car'.

However, after that second suspension, I never got my license sent back to me. PennDOT lost it. I wound up having to pay to get a duplicate license -- and then having to pay even more for a state ID. Since I have trouble getting served alcohol because I look so young, I was consistently being refused service because of that duplicate on my license -- so I had to suck it up and get a state ID just so I could get a lousy beer when I was out with my friends!

To the OP, though -- your story makes no sense. You can't get your license suspended by fighting a tint ticket. And when you say you tried to take a photo of a tint-legal vehicle -- there is NO kind of tint that's legal in PA. NONE. It's just that most cops and inspection shops will turn a blind eye so long as your tint isn't outrageously dark.

exactly what happen to me

5 cars, including me...had to cut off traffic to pull me over....2cars behind me....cop was 3 cars back other row of traffic...i wasnt sleeping....i think you thought my car was stolen cause i didnt have 4th gear and it bogs a good bit....
but either way....

PA cops have called me a punk, and idiot, a retarded... a stupid kid.....
