My new JDM-sweet truck

So, this thing has been sitting at my apartment with no brakes for 2 months now. My friend finally broke down and realized he was never gonna fix it so I got it for $100. It needs a front brake line or caliper, has a little trouble finding an idle till it warms up, and needs an exhaust. It runs pretty good otherwise, and the pushbutton 4wd seems to work fine. It's an 86 with a 2.9 V6 and an auto. I think it's as loaded as a Bronco II gets, but most of the accessories don't seem to work.

My fiance is pissed that I bought this thing, and she's under the impresson that I'm going to fix whats wrong with it and sell it for a tidy profit lol lies. I wan't to rattle-can it flat black and put some rediculous lift on it and go off-roading.

I'll post more pics after I tow it to the shop tonight and start "de-rednecking" it. You can almost make out the skull-with-flames-coming-out-of-it seat covers in the pic. (first)

I just bought a' old busted up ford too. Actually it is a 1992 ranger with only 72,000 miles, not too bad. Pics to come....

I would put some rims on that

lol, judging from the carpet and paint condition I doubt this truck has had any sort of cleaning attempted in about 6 years. I'm gonna clean up the interior (it sat with the window down for a while and smells like swampy ass and cigarettes) but that's about it.

? i was going to spray my metal hood (used for auto-x) flat black, but if it ever gets dirty or wet i dont want it to get stained.

not rattle can, but spray.

I was thinking about putting a shotgun rack on the back window of my new beater truck, and a huge GIT 'R DONE sticker on the top of the windsheild.
Then camo the hole thing and get those balls you can hang from the back.

old cars and trucks are the way to go Thats my 240 and ranger in the back. The ranger has no interior panels and is rhinolined on the inside so you can hose it out.

too bad it's an '86. from what I understand a BPT will bolt into the '88s and '89s just fine. Cool though, I like old beaters- tons of fun 'cause you just don't care! I was gonna get an old truck as a winter beater, but ended up with an 88 GTX instead
