My New Exterior Mods

At long last, I have made some exterior mods that i have been planning for a long time. We're still having crappy weather here in IL so I have not washed the car but I can't wait to put my new mods:

FRONT LED FOGS ACCENT/XENON FOGS- THANKS TO 07LiquidCX7 for the LED mod. I don't have video footage but they are on when the parking lights are on and synchronize with the turn signals as well. I also changed the foglight bulb to an XTEC Halogen White H11 4000k bulb that matches my HID which I got from Xenon Experts. I need to buy that chrome accent again for the fog trim from eBay. Truly changes the front appearance. I have no night time pics yet but I'm sure it is nice and bright.

CHROME TAIL LIGHT ACCENT
- These are 1/4" thick chrome accents that you can buy from any auto parts store. Its backed by 3M adhesive that you just peel and stick. The CX9 has that kind of tail light and that is what I want to achieve.

Its a functional sharkfin antenna from VISUAL GARAGE. FM reception is better.

Your signature file pic is blowing-out my browser - any chance of shrinking it to an acceptable size...? :)

Killed it w/ the chrome taillight accent, almost had a nice CX-7.

Really? I think it looks better in person. It blends quite nice with the chrome that surrounds the windows I think. Another member here has it and he got positive comments and that's why I did it as well. But, I guess to each his own.

I think it looks nice Shaz. Just need the chrome accents by the fogs like you said and it will make your cool LED's stand out more. Everyone has their own taste so don't worry...there's always someone who may not agree, it's all good!

Great. Thanks Wendy. How are you holding up with this weather of ours? Its time to get warm up already, dont you think? What's new with you and your car? Hope all is well.

i wanted the front splitter, but I have the front mask...cant use it :(

Hey Shaz...finally looks like we get a brief warm up huh....finally did a good cleaning today and man she took a beating in the winter...I see extra small scratches and little chips in the paint in front. Oh well. Did you see those rims the new member Holgi from Germany bought(not yet on vehicle)? I would love those! Take care....and let's hope spring will stay around sometime soon!!

they are h11 halogen fogs that matches the color of the HID. It's a pretty good match.

It does match my HID and was surprised. Of course, you can get a true HID and will pay a lot from $200-$400. I bought mine for $30/pair
