Got my prokit in the mail and my motor mounts are coming. Just got another MP3 ECU also and last night ordered my Catz SR 85watt fogs with some factory brackets.

I painted the front bumper this morning very happy with the way it turned out! I will paint the side skirts and rear skirt wednesday.

Are the splash guards you are using the same as a protege5? Because I checked the splash guards I ordered and they look exactly the same as my stock ones. The parts sticker on the piece says 01-03 protege/protege5. I'm going to call them tomorrow and complain but I wanted to make sure first.

Yeh they will be the same as a p5 def different then the es/dx ones.

WTF, do you have any pics of the P5 one that I can compare it to? Especially the front part? I'm assuming the front is the main difference. I should check my license plate bracket too, I think they just sent me protege parts.

Got my MP3 ECU installed this one came in nice shape . I only took it for one drive did notice a difference cant wait to get my other intake on with the vtcs removed. I also took the bumper out and matched it up with my paint perfect match.

Painted the side skirts and rear skirt just got finished.

Just mounted the license plate using brackets J001-50-171 and washers 9957-83-000 . The brackets did not line up perfect with the dimples in the bumper so I had to drill out the holes a little bigger on the sides of the brackets and I used a plastic weld to glue them to the bumper. The bumper looks dull cause I was wet sanding the clear.

Today I started tearing the front suspension apart all I can say is the rear motor mount is a pain the first time you do it. I had got the rear mount all the way out and then decided not to use my rear awr mount cause I read about all the vibration problems ughhhhh. I had to take out the bolt going through the mount neway to do the sway bar but still the other 3 were a pain. I also got my thunder header which also really sux cause I need to get it jet hot coated and I alrdy have the midpipe out and everything o well its only 4 bolts. I did not have any problems with the end link or anything the impact zipped all the bolts off with no problem there were only a few bolts the impact could not get 2. Rear suspension all bolted up with the awr poly bushings the front is finished also will get pics later. I need brakes bad lol they look bad and the pads are really low.
