It that dyed felt (or whatever that crap is) or something else. Nice! ;)

Nevermind ya just answered it.

im still fine tuning it (theres a few flaws) veyr minor though so someday i may redo that door, but ...

#1. peel off fabric
#2. use fabric as template to cut vinyl
#3. spray back of vinyl with 3M
#4. lay on door panel
#5. cut out holes for lock, window button, and door handle.
#6. reinstall door pnael

process seems easy enough, but it is prob liek taking the door molding off, sounds easy till you have to get all that damn glue off.

it was easy, just tedious getting the viynl; to go down in that crack since mazda didn'
t make that piece two pieces.

I just thought you said it was a pain in the arse above. well.. I am sure it will get easier after you have done them all. hehe

I bet. well it is always nice to say you did something your self. and when you are done you will have something that is unique.

not incredibly unique because a bunch of the dealers around here are having katzkin leather put in there proteges and miatas

I wanna do the same thing , I own an orange msp, so i wanna do what you did in orange , but in felt , like the wrx sti !!
looks very good btw..

It's not felt, it's suade. I looked around town and nobody has any red suade, actually there was only one place that had any type of suade and they couldn't order any for me.
