What kind of wacky jurisdiction is this? I'm assuming this is private property. The only enforcement on private property reserved spaces they can ticket here is handicapped, which requires no authorization from property owner.

Actually I think its cause the security guard had no clue what it was just due to the fact that no one really knows what a 2 is in the first place... throw a Demio badge into the mix and it really messes with em lol.
