My hood got Fuxored... Need Opinions

well, i was gonna go at him for the whole hood, but i figured that i have a better chance of getting half than tellin him he owes all...

i could have said... hey... you owe me $600 and get a big FU from him... but if I offer up half and ask him to cover half... it makes my chances much more likely of seeing any $$ out of him...

and if he doesnt pay... I know where he lives, i know where he works, i know his car, i know his plate number, and i also know he is driving on a suspended liscense due to a DUI...

do i see an anonymous call to 911 about a hit&run using his tag number? maybe a belt sander to his paint... or maybe even sugar in the gas tank (can you tell im pissed?)

I just talked to my guy and found that I can get an 01-up fiber images cf hood oem style for $575.00. I can also get a 99-01 lancer cf hood for around the same price. I am not sure about the 99-01 hood b/c they i see that alot of hoods are 99-up, so they might fit on msps. The fiber images hoods are imaculant. If you ask around the hoods are the best on the market. And a price of 575 seems pretty reasonable. please let me know with pm or you can email me. the shipping usually does not take a long time either so..... thanks guys

well... here's the newest update... im movin to a new apartment in Sept... and now that my roommate knows that im movin, he's givin me a hard time about payin his half of the bills... so as of now i've paid all this months bills on my own, but that put me into the hardship state of mind, so im gonna have to roll w/ a busted hood for a while here
