First, thanx for the warm welcome. Second, the car is not purple, its black. Third, my wife got the rims for me as a wedding gift, she likes the bling. I wanted black with chrome or silver liped rims, but she paid. Now that the outside is done I going to work on the inside, exhaust, cai, ect....basically put some zoom zoom in my bling bling. Any suggestions on the exhaust? I dont want a fart can, something with a deep sound.

I have the 99 1.8 yup fits on, eliminates the 2nd cat under the car. Sounds great.

i wonder how the rims would look if you painted them black but left a chrome lip on it.

Nice car man. The rims don't look that bad on a black car.....my wife likes the chrome rims better than my 17" silver ones as well. Also, nice work on the front lip. First time I have ever seen that on a 99-00 stock bumper.

welcome to the forums. ill have to show a friend of mine with a black speed pics of your car cuz he wants to do someething similar. looks nice. as far as exhaust goes.......there are tons of them that dont sound like fart cans. i think if you make sure it comes with a resonator you'll be fine. heres pics of mine. i have the greddy sp2. pricey but it sounds GREAT. very low grumblee sounding.
