The second cat I guess. It was the one in front of the residulator or something to that name.
As far as O2 sensors, no, none had to be moved. It's in the front of the car (where it should be), so in effect, removing the catalytic converter, nothing had to be moved around.

Hmm, there are 2 cats and 4 O2 sensors. One cat is right below the header. That cat has an O2 sensor before and after it. There is one cat under the car. There is an O2 sensor before and after it. If you removed either cat and did nothing to the O2 sensors, then your check engine light will come on.
Are you sure? I have yet to see a check engine light..unless I stall. 
When I get home tonight I'll post if the light came on or not. I don't remember seeing it though.

Sorry man, you're wrong... there are only 2 O2 sensors, one before the first cat and one right after it. There are no sensors on the second cat... Check my pictures in my BOSAL Exhaust thread. I have the stock cat next to the Bosal replacement exhaust tubing... I installed it myself and I know what I'm talking about.
