My dynoed MSP

yea, i think the WORD "DONE" should be banned from this forum...
and eveyrone should just flame the s*** out of someone who says it...

lol

it's never done, it's always "getting there" or "almost done"
and you should always keep mods that you are about to install but never do...as to give you a reason for not selling the damn car.

I dynoed my MSP with Hiboost FMIC, AWR side engine inserts, nology wires, turbo XS MBC, with a broken WGA boosted only 2 psi, and the stock exhaust system I dynoed at 175 WHP and 189 WTorque. do you guys think thats good numbers for the upgrades I got?(untuned)

no way you were only boosting 2psi lol
more like the boost gauge was broken :)

I know it wasnt my boost gauge cause when my WGA was broken I would boost on and off and when it did boost it boosted but I was not boosting that day cuz on the dyno I didnt hear no spool or nothing. also they made me run the car in 4th gear

you would've done maybe 120 - 140 HP.....if you were boodting 2psi

no way you could've done the same i did with my mods and 10 psi...

i call BS

when the WG brakes, it usually overboosts. Theres really no way to set the boost lower than the minimun WG capacity, which is 6-7psi.

well all of the sudden I stopped boosting and it started boosting on and off and someone told me thats was the actuator so I changed it out and it works I know usually with a broken WGA it will overboost but it can also not boost at all also

i can see how the wga would actually make no boost.
the job of the WGA is to keep the wastegate closed with a spring and a diaphragm inside, if the springs breaks, it would allow the door to remain open creating no boost at all.
