My dealer = Moron's

Well my tranny has screwed up again .....Thats 3 times in 4-5 months. To top things off my dealer is on strike. AND even on top of that, i cant take it to another dealer because they couldnt warranty the work because its related to my current dealers screw-up. So i have no way to get the damn thing fixed until they get off strike. What a load of **** (jerkit)

Unfortunantly Mazda Corp. has nothing to do with the dealer in this situation. They can only file a complaint and keep it on file for usage against them when it comes to renewing their contract next year. I cant believe how unbelievably bad my situation has been with this MSP. I know that the MSP car in general is a good car but why is it that i had to get the lemon. Anyways ... im trying to see if they will get me a rental for now.

So they won't help you out? I'd swear they should be liable, or at least able to point you to a dealer that can help you in the meantime. The warranty is through Mazda, not the dealership. If one dealer ***** it up, another one should be able to collect in order to fix the problem.

im not quite sure on this but if you are paying monthly or something with mazda then just threaten to stop payments or something? im not sure at all how it goes actually, but there was a thread on it. do a search, it should come up, i beleive the title was ATTENTION: how to get mazda to fix your problems or something along those lines. maybe that will help.

I have had great service at Mazda Gallery in Norwood, MA. I was just reading this thread, but I have had excellent service with them fixing my car problems, so I figured they deserve to be mentioned here! I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in MA.

lol....I know they do...I wanna talk smack to em but they arent there to answer the phones lol. Actually the customer service guys are great... its the mechanics i have my doubts about. As much as i love the MSP, i have to say im done with Mazda. Its unfortunant but hopefully i can give my MSP a rebirth and let her live out the good life for a while
