looks stupid man... haha naw, looks awesome :). u will now get many questions about your S-AFC2 i think hehe. good set up, but wheres the deck? behind your cup holder, below your a/c knobs? nice! - chris

Both of the Apexi are hooked up and working. The AVC-R works with out any problems and is fully functional. The S-AFC only reads the sensors but I can't control fuel yet. The wire is disconnected for now until a fix is found later.

ok for us ignoranus, what does the AVC-R does and the S-AFC?

oh looks cool.

this is from apexi site
The Super AVC-R is the premium closed-loop electronic boost controller on the market. The AVC-R allows flexible control over virtually every aspect of boost control and adds new innovative functions such as injector pulse monitoring and gear specific boost control. Some key functions include: RPM-based boost and solenoid duty cycle control, scramble boost, self learning mode, 2D ghost map trace mode, analog display mode, real time replay and peak hold data modes. The AVC-R utilizes an ultra-fast microprocessor and a high quality solenoid valve to control boost. The result is ultra-fast response and accurate, stable boost control.

I know absolutely nothing about those APEXi controllers, but maybe if you did something like this, you could keep your head unit:

I like your Defi gauges, but I think if I ever get nicer gauges, I'll get some of these JUN gauges (click link, pics 7 & 8):

domino, how does it knows what gear you are in. In order to adjust boost according to the gear. i will like to know, since I would like a boost controller that does that. I was looking at the Blitz.

Gear is taken by speed, which you can program in the AVC-R, you affix your Speed Sensor wire to the unit and it will read speed.

The S-AFC2 will not work, nor will the S-AFC. There isn't a fix out for it because the stock MAF reads resistance and not voltage. Convert voltage to resistance and you might be onto something.

yeah i had an idea you might program em but i wasnt sure, also turboge you rock(rockon) ..would be nice if safc would work, oh well maybe someday...
