my clunk

i have been happily smiling to my self as i read all the complaints about all the clunks that have been heard around the msp world... untill today. i heard the infamous clunk and was crushed. i went in to the trunkto investigate the problem, and i found the coulpret. it was my ice scrapper. it was in the cargo net and would sing back and forth and hit the trunk lid. maybe come of your clunks are the same thing... not to insult your intelligence or anything but it is a possibility.

but it was a nice thought. My Civic had the same clunk. No big deal, my jeep was clunkulitious, got rid of that piece of crap

Why would your civic have the same clunk noise. I don't think some of your guys even know what the clunk is to even think that it might be this.

My '99 Sentra SE Limited had the clunk sound, and it was stock. And; someone mentioned on here that there IS300 Lexus had the clunk sound.....

This does not deserve a reply, it is not something in the trunk, it is not the jack... IT IS a defect! You are in southern Ohio, give it a few more miles and you too will get this. I have 2600 miles on my MSP, I thought the same as you until "CLUNK!" and there it was.
