Any other opinions? I dont really want the radio surround and gauge surround thing.....but I'm not sure if it wouldn't look right with the radio piece being stock.
Hes got a TV and an aftermarket radio there. I dont think it would look funny. The radio peice looks like it was made that way. Like I said not a stuck on look. Thats my favorite part of the kit.
But do you guys think it'll look nice without the radio piece? I kinda like having more contrast around the radio this way, but I'm not sure if it wont look right....at least it does have that fake cf around the radio.
What do you mean keep it all cf? I dont have the pieces yet, that isn't my car either. The first pic is what it will look like for me. I just dont think I want the radiosurround cf piece. You guys like the look of the 1st pic with the stock radio trim and the rest cf dash kit (except for the cf gauge surround since that's just pointless and almost out of sight when you install it)?
ohic, excuse me, sorry i have just the glove box and the gauge bezel cf covers. i have the gold parts (radio and cup holder) painted red, along with the a/c surround clip on the far right. i asked dg to make custom radio trim pieces (so it only covers the fake cf stuff on the radio piece) but nothing yet. idk? need pics of mine? peace - chris
That looks amazing! I didn't realize how nicely the golovebox piece goes with the stock radio trim! I'm excited now lol! I'm gonna pm amie and see if she is planning on making those cf pieces to go over the stock radio fake cf stuff. Here's a pic of what I'd imagine they could look like. I think these look amazing! I like keeping the silver contrast around the radio, but keeping the real cf theme around the radio!
i like the contrast, but thats because i got the daveb brushed rings and the race air knob which has brushed aluminum as well..so it all goes together.
What color is the exterior of the car? I assume that its a spicy. I have a Titanium and would love to do something like this but don't know what color would look good. I think that if I could get a matching yellow from the seat trim, it would look pretty sweet.
