my bov sounds wierd

Hey all, my motor set up is stock and I had some left over pipes and made my own cold hard pipes with a bov adapter in between about 6 inchs from the tb. So I go to drive it and when I boost, it starts squeling right when I hit boost so I tried making the spring harder but it still sounds the same but if I rev it from under the hood, I hear it squealing from my filter and the bov dosent even budge.....any thoughts?

sounds like turbo on the way out, on my friends eclipse the turbo went bad and the turbo fins were scraping against the side of the housing causing the squeal/whine as soon as it hit boost

Pull off the intake and check for shaft play.

well, i ended up putting back on the stock pipe after i test drived it, but it drives fine and boost's fine at all times now and squeal or anything, could it have been a bad vacuum source i choose causing the valve not to open properly?
