My Big Turbo Build- Pictures

When you are done let me know and I'll drive over there. I have still yet to see it complete and I'm jealous!

Some non-turbo related s***:

I took off my spoiler lip today (nextmod) that has been on for over a year, and the paint on the spoiler is ****** from it. Im so mad. I took it off to have it painted. I guess I'll just get it painted and throw it back on there to cover it up haha. The spoiler will need repainted anyways down the road. I hate the way the car looks without the spoiler lip on it, makes a big difference.

I have a front lip in transit. Its top secret at this point and no one else has one on their speed3. Will hopefully have time to install this coming weekend =)

I also have new rear springs from BC to install. I've been looking to stiffen up the rears a bit more, if you have anyone in the back seat the car slouches way too much. So they hooked me up with some new ones with a step up in spring rates (its been a few weeks, i dont remember the numbers) that are a bit more aggressive but will not cause the need to re-valve the struts provided with the kit. While I was at it, I had them made 20mm shorter, what the hell, right? I always wished the rears on the BC's would go lower, the fronts always have plenty moar low in them. Will also hopefully have pictures of those installed this weekend.

By the way, BC customer service was stellar, for anyone else interested in doing this. I called the number on their website and got right through. They had to be made/ordered, but I was not charged until they received them from the manufacturer, only took like 3 days from initial order, was always called and updated along the way, and they only cost ~$100!

And some under the hood s***:
Planning on doing some engine-bay dress ups, Perhaps moving the battery to the hatch as well. Im also re-doing one of the oil lines on the turbo that is giving me hell.

Lawl, I was extremely unproductive this past weekend, and some parts got delayed. I will (hopefully) get everything done this weekend. I also need to get all my s*** together to relocate the battery to the hatch.. I just don't have room for it in the engine bay anymore.

bro good news i just talk to one of the cp-e guy and they say there R&D a stand alone for the ms3 so hold off on tuning!!

The battery relocation is pretty cool. The kit I used from Summit worked really well. My only gripe would be for a slightly smaller battery box to work with our micro battery. Oh well, I could always get a bigger battery! Enjoy not having a load cap, because I wasn't invited to that party! haha
