man don't cheap out and get a fake. they almost never sound good.....they're cheap for a reason. just save up the money, and search around. you're bound to find a good deal somewhere. i did .

This is my JUN muffler I got 3 years ago for a ridiculous price..I had it shipped from japan and was going to use it on my galant vr4 but it was hit by a truck..Its the biggest one they have made and it was for an s15 nissan..Should look good on my new MSP..

I'm not trying to make it louder at all, actually its the oppisite..That big canister will actually make it quieter because it has much more sound deadening material inside then the HKS style, or nakayama street dragon fart cans..The size of the outlet does not mean nearly as much as the amount of volume of sound deadening material..My 3 inch turbo back is going to be only slightly louder then stock on my MSP when I'm done..And that muffler is going to fit perfect BTW..IT should hang mabye an inch or 2 lower then stock..

i know, i was referring to the original post with all of the mufflers with no sound deadening material
i personally would go with a muffler like yours, but probably a much cheaper version

I'd go cheaper too..They didn't even want to sell it to me!!I guess they only made a fey that year and they used them on all the big boys like the hyper lemon skyline..I ended up paying close to 500 for it and it took 8 months for me get it..In no way is it worth it, but at least you wont see anyone else with it..Thats the only reason I can come up with for actually buying it lol! Plus it would have looked bad ass on my VR4..I was gonna put it on my turbo 1st gen RX7 but I'm going with a dual outlet muffler for that one, so I might as well put it to use finally..BTW the rest of the exhaust should be on par with the quality of the muffler..It will be all stainless from turbo back,and I mean right off the turbo..So hopefully I'll own this MSP a long time, long enough to actually make 400 or so hp and have the exhaust actually worth being there

i like the hks style, buy a cheap one. if it sounds cool u hit the jackpot, if not, put it on ebay urself or sell it locally for a few extra bucks
