Redline or Royal Purple in the tranny?

I know that for our cars Redline has MT-90, 75w90, MTL, etc. but what does Royal Purple have for our cars?

Let me know your experiences and opinions.

I like my mt-90. The shifter stopped gumming up in the cold and shifts much smoother than stock.

I started the poll because I've got MT-90 in my transmission but I'm thinking about switching it to Royal Purple. I've noticed the not-so-uncommon transmission whine at high rpm but I might be hallucinating about the MT-90 having anything to do with it? Is the whine normal? Is it normal with synthetic gear oil? Those who know more than I, please chime in.

i use royal purple.... i use to use mobile 1, THAT WAS A MISTAKE. now with royal purple, i dont grind as much in 3rd as mobile 1, but i still do from time to time. probaly like 1once a week... n really little. i dont go past 4k usually in 2nd shifting into 3rd, so that might be why it doesnt have that big of a grind. i dont no how well redline is, but thats the one i wanted to go with in the first place. im not saying royal purple is bad, but i dont think its all that great. might change to redline soon idk.

i use penzoil syncromesh or syncromax for gm vehicles, which ever one it is, and lucas oil stabilizer, and it works wonders. my third gear use to grind almost all the time, put this in, and havent had a problem yet, whether it be shifting hard or slow, always the same!! i would recommned this over anything else. tried redline, tried royal purple, tried mobil 1. this is the best out off all of them in my opinion!
