Ok so i just purchased 13' of black silicone vacuum hose and im wanting to know, those that have replaced them, what lines did you focus on replacing? *pictures would be very helpful* thanks in advance! :)

Replacing all would be best. Well, maybe not the brake booster line because it has a check valve. Just do one at a time so you dont screww the routing up and you should be fine. Also, be sure to use zip-ties to ensur all the connections are sealed.

What he said, exactly what I did. Mentally prepare yourself because some of those suckers are caked on and a real b**** to remove.

if you screw up, you can always look at the fsm. It helped me out big time.

Yea....I'm gonna use a box cutter or a knife and cut them off, shouldn't be THAT much of a headache...i hope.

The worst ones I found were.... these lines going down towards the passenger side of intake manifold and is hooked up to the side of it and almost under the intake manifold.

Don't cut that line off to short, you'll need the slack to kinda wrap around your hand to push down. It's tight around there....with the a/c hoses and the strut wall. Very frustrating for me....but who knows might go better for you.

Use some gloves man...I didn't and you shoulda seen my hands afterwards. It's worth it though..Goodluck!

i located the vacuum line you are talking about but, how in the hell am i supposed to get to it? im using zip ties to secure all my lines (that one looks impossilbe) can you reach it better from below?

lol! See what I'm saying...anyway, I didn't put a zip on those, they fit snug enough for me and I'll risk it.

An idea though..if even possible, just zip that line loose a little ways back and slid it up there and try to work some magic with one hand and zip it tight. Should work and I think you'll be a able to cut the excess off but just not as close though.

*Those 2 ***** vacuum lines have little clamps to them, that's where I ruined my finger tips...once you slide them away, God... it's still a b**** to pull those lines off...but who knows maybe it be so hard for you. Goodluck and keep those for last..haha!

yea, they are the last ones i have left. boost spike is minimal IF any at all, the vacuum lines help alot!

updated pics of the silicone vacuum lines this far....
