The MCS is basically a "best of breed" classification, which is why it stayed in GS with the other MCSs.
I agree with the SCCA stock class rules, but the rules we run up North for stock class are different enough that a MCS with rear sway bar matches MSP and Type R times.
We had an RSX-S driven by a very proven driver come within 2 tenths of the top of DS cars this year.
