MSP to SI Conversion

I like SI when I first saw them in a car show. I like the blue color though. Dont want no white one coz overtime they will stain like crazy and hard to even up with the rest of the car. You need to do some claying or what ive been doing was doing the 3step on maguirres.

I like the rear of it cos it looksperfect. But the front is another story. The seat for me I think is the best feature of it. AS long as you enjoy driving her then every niles you put in her is a total satisfaction...hehe

I love being able to chirp second effortlessly and having power there all the time. I know vtech doesn't kick in until 6k but even without the power feels good. The exhaust note on the car is great and the reason I chose white because it's the sexiest color out there. They had a hard time locating me one which was great. I have yet to see another white one roll by. Gold wheels are a definate possibility but it almost seems like that is going to be the next trend. So we will see.

I'll admit it's a good choice. Test drove a couple myself. If the car was a bit more refined and had more options I may have chosen one to replace my P5. Alas the RX-8 was my true love and simply had to have one.

High revs ftw! HAHa it never gets old redlining at 8k.

lol man :p seriously took my thoughts from TLT into consideration, huh?

Nice lookin civic. I noticed the revs holding when test drove one as well. Only reason I hated it - when I was driving civil like, I would get a slight surge shifting into 2nd... but nothing I couldnt get used to. I loved the trans and shifter assembly, but I hated 6th gear - straight overdrive gear... no acceleration to be had from that gear, its too tall and used only for gas saving :(

It is a fun car and for the 4 cyl. under the hood, sounds mean in stock form.

I might think about one as a daily driver... Id be between blue and white also.

as far as the "scratches" Im almost 99% positive that its leftover residue from the "acid rain" protection plastic. When you get the time do this:

wash car with meguires/mother's car wash.

Claybar the car using quick detail spray (from meguires) as a lubricant.

wash the car again (or use the QDspray) to remove any claybar residue.

follow with a 3 step wax system. (swirl remover, polish, and wax).

OR:

Wash with dish soap, and follow with a full process Zaino system (if you have the time & money, this will yield better results).

Itll help you keep the car looking the best and factory fresh as long as you keep up on your waxing. I try to claybar my car about twice a year and inbetween keep a fresh coat of wax on the car weekly/bi-weekly. Although Ive been slacking lately (notcool). I think next week Im claybaring/3 stepping my car.

Very nice. Congrats. Now, if you put a Black Widow body kit (circa, like, 1999) on it, I'll recant my last two statements and beat you with dead trout.

You should get:

IMG....intake manifold gasket
Injen CAI
DC Race header
Buddy club II Pro spec exhaust
Hondata Reflash

You will suprise alot of 350Z's, Evo8's, and WRX's. Later on in the future add the RBC manifold and ITB's. You will dominate from a roll(lol2)

(rofl)
