These are the aftermarket Tokico Blues and won't work properly with the MSP Racing Beat springs (rear will sag). Can be used with stock P5 springs on a P5, or any aftermarket springs for the MSP (such as the ones below)

I never used the Turbo XS but I would think it is better - the overall construction is better and the knob feels more precise. They both do pretty much the same thing however.

the turbo XS is a bleeder-type MBC, the joeP is a ball-and-spring. both have their advantages and disadvantages. bleeder type MBC's will generally increase spool-up time, most ball type will generally have worse spikes. the joeP is one of the better ones in terms of low-spike operation.

Not sure, they were on the car when I bought it. Springs don't really wear out with more miles however.
