mpi's website hasn't been updated since the declaration of independence. if you want more info, get nick's phone number from the site, or PM him here (MPNick). Or search for 'mpi turbo upgrade'. But it was basically described above.

I guess. I mean me, personally, i'm not a big fan of giving away lots of money for a part that maybe eventually someday arrives after a year or so. Also i'm not sure why they're no longer a vendor here. You'd figure by all the complaint threads that were started, and them being reported to the BBB by several members would make them the best vendor around and have a 'strong place' here, but instead i'm so confused and feel like a lost soul.

I take it you haven't read a thread, or 50, about latest issues and changes around here.

I don't ever recall saying it didn't exist ... just that I couldn't find it - and now that I've been directed to the MP website, I still don't know anything about the upgrade. All I found were a bunch of red X's all over the screen! I've heard of it before from reading posts around the forum (didn't remember it at the time), but anyone on eBay looking at that auction whose never been on this forum and reads "Modern Performance Stage 1 turbo upgrade" will NEVER be able to find out the details. Maybe it would be good for msprotege2nr to explain it on the auction post like he did in this thread - just some friendly advice.

Perhaps you got the wrong idea in my first post - when I said the turbo upgrade "sounds screwy" -- I should have rather asked "what does this mean?" My apologies to msprotege2nr if I came across as bashing ... no apologies to the asshole who keeps trying to bash me for not knowing about some ambiguous shop mod.

No hurt feelings here ... just not used to dealing with dumbasses. What's the first this I said in my original post? FIRST THING: I may be wrong about this ... OK - I fail to see anywhere that I made up something. Good thing this thread is filled with our garbage posts - I'm sure that's what the originator had in mind.
