MSP does good in comparo

the 1/2 mile above sea level means nothing to me? is that high?

does anyone know the ideal atmospheric conditions for car performance?

I think the standard for quoting engine specs is sea level and T= 70F. Higher altitude and temperatures hurt performance due to lower air mass flow.
 
This is the original car comparo that got me interested in the MSP, before I read I've never even heard of Mazdaspeed. Great job advertising Mazda. Reading it bring back memories of me thinking....whoah Mazda beat RSX-S and CooperS, maybe I'll go to the dealer and check it out. And the rest as they say is history.
