Msp at Cadillacs of Houston- Who's is it

So I went there today to test drive it. Car is the '03 model with 88k on it. Overall car looks good but when I took it for a test drive it sounded like it had an exhaust leak and it did not really pull. Once the car got hot the sound it was making went away and it had a nice pull to it. The turbo itself had a little oil buildup on it. The car has an apex turbo timer and a hks bov on it. Does anyone know who owned this car? I would like to know if it was taken care of or abused. The price of the car seems low and if the car was taken care of I will buy it. It had stock wheels.

was the state license plate still on it? was the # like "msp ###" or something like that?
