MS6 vs. Subie Forester XT

Things are beasts once modified....and they look pretty good too...thoughts?

idn.. my faith is in the MS6 but ive seen the subie potential.. and its not just STI's.. just plain WRX's can be beast.. so can legacys.. so im not sure on this one.

Europe has the Forester STI. Very sex.. Check it out on TopGear, the BBC one. The US Forester has potential though doesn't it? STI block , just detuned?

I would say forester. I think the aftermarket is huge for the forester vs the MS6.

For something with the 2.5 STi motor (albeit a smaller turbo), the vehicle is lighter than the STi...which makes its a hell of a deal for $10k-$13k...throw some springs and some wheels...its a hard choice....more bang for your buck lol.
I <3 Mazda though...but after seeing some really nice set-up J-spec ones here on the island...I am at a loss for words.

After this deployment, I'm gonna have some $ to play with so I'm open for options.
The WRX & wagon interior-wise is not enough for me....I have the turbo miata for true to life bare bones interior lol.

Its still up in the air on this one...lol.

ive raced 2 of my buddys forresters and we were really close...at the time i had CS TBE/CPE SRI TIP/HKS ignition/BOV/SB tuned to 18psi. not sure on the forrester mods but both of them had alotta s*** done to em...one was sti turbo swapped...they have longer gears and always crept back up on me...there lighter and have a s*** load of aftermarket parts available. plus there legos...alotta parts are interchangable for them.

my uncle has a forester 2.5 turbo, he lives in germany
and let me tell you, that s*** is fast as hell

i saw a couple modded ones when i was over there which is kind of rare due to the strict emissions they have so there pretty popular
i would get one over a ms6 anyday
